Lucy McBride
Lucy McBride was born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and married Ralph “Skip” McBride in 1970. Lucy and Skip have two daughters and five grandchildren. She has been a member of Second Baptist since 1974 and has been teaching Bible study for 20 years. Her classes have been primarily focused on young married couples and women’s groups. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family.

Doug Daniels
Doug Daniels was born in Houston, Texas and has been a member of Second Baptist his entire life. At seven years of age, he accepted Christ and was baptized. Doug attended Second Baptist School from pre-k through high school and then received an undergraduate degree from Duke University. He later received his law degree from the University of Texas and is now a trial attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children – Jason, Madeleine, and James. Doug has been teaching Bible study in Second’s Married Life program since 1997.
